We are very pleased that Salt Lake County agrees affordable housing is a budget priority!
"Mayor Wilson said the money will also be used to get at least 1,000 new rental units."
In July 2021, Powerful Moms members met with Salt Lake City Mayor Mendenhall's staff to promote the need for Family Supportive Housing. We shared our model and report, follow this link to read it!

We hosted a Virtual Resource Fair for Families in Sept-Oct 2020. We wanted to connect low-income families with free services and information.
Covid-19 has been extremely difficult and more families are seeking assistance with rent, food, childcare than ever before.
